The reason that bubbleman is on our "greatest foe" list?
Because he is likely to deal damage.

His pattern is kind of difficult to avoid and the patterns of the 4 'E-tanks' are easier. And the 'E-tanks' go down more quickly.

In short: the more unpredictable they are, the more dangerous we consider them.

This is kind of a first draft though, we'll see if it works.

As of July 21 2012, this page is now slightly different. I remade this page so the filesize would be lower.

Is the second "Wily 1" supposed to say Wily 2?

Reply 1ce_k1d, April 2nd, 2011, 11:10 pm

And Bubble man is a name, put a capital in front.

Reply pat15, April 2nd, 2011, 11:12 pm

@Drawkey: I think it should say 1.2

Also, I wonder how Heatman is one of the greatest enemies. Except for the first shot, all you do is shoot, run away, jump over and repeat

Oh, and I have a question.

Are you doing the first 6 games? The first 6, plus 9 and 10? The original 10? The original 10 plus the GB 5? The entire Classic series? The entire Megaman series altogether? (that would take a while, though you would have a 1000+ page comic)

I want to know because if you aren't doing the Game Boy 5, I might want to do a comic about them but if you are I don't want to seem like a COMPLETE ripoff.

gotta love the effects in that last panel

@Drawkey
Thanks for noticing that. I thought I had fixed that mistake once before... I guess I didnt save.

@ 1ce_k1d
Thanks for noticing that as well.

@ pat15: Well, it took us a while to get to this particular list, but here's how Heatman reached the greatest foes:

First of all, we split them in half. For each greatest foe we'd have a healer. It's obvious that Flash and Metal lose by default and Airman is gone in a zwoinkzwoinkzwoinkzwoink. Crashman didn't make the cut due to his pattern which is easier than Heatman's and due to the fact that he needs 4 hits and Heatman needs 14, since we save bubble for the alien.

We then sorted both groups from toughest to easiest, so we'd get the least amount of damage the closer we'd get to Wily, maximizing the chance to have full health. We mostly went with unpredictability, but Bubbleman was placed at the bottom for being the pathetic boss he is and Dj being particularly good at dodging him.

That places Heatman with his pattern at 3rd.

Lol flashman's an E-tank.

I don't recommend leaf shield. Mega buster does a great deal of damage and is more accurate.

Reply The_mad_one, April 3rd, 2011, 10:39 am

@ Prime: The arm cannon deals 2 damage, meaning we'd need to hit him 14 times.

Leaf shield wins instantly if we rapid-fire it when he stands next to us.

This said assuming you're talking about Airman, considering that's the only one we attack with leaf shield.
